Responsibilities and Duties

• Deliver daily learning opportunities
• Provide ongoing care and nurture needs of the babies
• Prepare materials for lessons
• Ability to multi task and meet the needs of more than 1 baby at a time
• Greet parent and students at drop off and pick up
• Prompt transitions and engage children in center based play
• Provide a safe, clean and loving environment
• Evaluation and Assessment
• Use the O2B Kids Teaching Model
• Create a safe learning environment
• Make bottle and meal times successful
• Clean up as needed
• Maintain safety systems
• Follow all O2B Kids policies

Qualifications and Skills

• State Required Health & Safety Training
• CPR/First Aid
• Experience with children ages 0-2 years
